Your impact

We are currently looking for a Scheduler and Planner. The Scheduler and Planner shall translate projects into a sequential work schedule:

Conduct Interactive Planning Session.Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion deadlines.  

Other Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Engineering Deliverables with milestone dates Prepare and update schedule and S curves.  Confers with supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.Prepare Procurement and Construction milestone monitoring schedule.  Prepare Manpower Histogram and update actual and forecast manpower.  Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.  Highlight Critical Path and highlight areas of concerns to Project Management.  Prepares Progress and Productivity status reports.Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Scheduling Manager.

Here's what you'll need

Minimum 2-5 years experience in Planning and scheduling position.  Degree / Diploma in Engineering disciplines and other related field.  Able to work independently with minimum supervision.  Ability to use Primavera software version 6.1 or above. Ability to use Microsoft Project.  Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word software.Willingness to be assigned onsite on project basis.
