Overview

The Digital Marketing Team is looking for a Web Campaign Analyst to help execute web marketing initiatives and drive conversions for DITO brand website and ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce campaign management, A/B testing, SEO, digital project/campaign management, landing page optimization and the ability to optimize campaigns to guide customers through the conversion funnel.

 

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Analyzing digital marketing campaigns for DITO brand websites and ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and experimentation.
  • Analyzing digital marketing campaign performance data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign elements.
  • Generating reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Monitoring industry trends and best practices to stay informed about digital marketing innovations.
  • Participating in meetings and discussions to align campaign efforts with brand objectives.
  • Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

     

    Job Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 5-8 years of experience in web marketing, with a focus on ecommerce campaign management and optimization.
    • Proven track record of driving conversions and revenue through web marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, SEM & SEO best practices, and digital project management principles.
    • Experience with landing page optimization techniques to improve conversion rates.
    • Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, to track and analyze campaign performance
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in tech, finance, or FMCG is a plus
