Lube Bay Manager

- Graduate of Automotive or Mechanical related course.- With extensive background in assessment of Automotive repairs and maintenance and service Lube bay management.- With Supervisory or Managerial experience is required- Excellent people management and decision making skill- Willing to travel to any branches- Must be residing in Legazpi CityProvide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.Basic computer knowledge/aptitudeKeep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.3-4 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive businessCommunicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper orderService bay management
