We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Automotive Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

• Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Service Delivery: Oversee the performance of oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication services, and other basic maintenance tasks.
• Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for potential issues and areas that require attention, and conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available to meet customer needs.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Education: Graduate of Automotive or Mechanical related course.
• Experience: 3-4 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business.
• Skills: Excellent people management and decision making skills, basic computer knowledge/aptitude, and ability to communicate verbally and receive verbal communication.
• Location: Must be residing in Legazpi City.
