JOB MISSIONS :

 

Ensure the efficient and effective flow of goods and services within a supply chain.

This role is crucial for optimizing the supply chain process and ensuring that products or services are delivered to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· PH import certification processing

· PH inbound shipment management

· SNEA Order processing, ensuring that they’re fulfilled accurately and on time.

· Coordinate and oversee various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production, transportation, and delivery.

· Inventory management including yearly stock audit, monitor and manage inventory level to be in line with budget.

· Inventory control on slow-moving X-selling and Scrap activities.

· Analyze data and use key performance indicators to assess the performance of the supply chain and identify areas for improvement

Facilitate communication between different stakeholders in the supply chain, such as suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal teams

 

REQUIRED SKILLS :

· SAP expert mandatory

· Consideration of multiple sources of information/ good listener

· Positive attitude and keen to learn

· Meticulous and good in numbers

· Autonomous

· Pro-active

 

LANGUAGES :

· English

 

QUALIFICATION LEVEL :

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service, supply chain and/or sales administration

 

IT SKILLS / TOOLS :

· ERP skills (SAP/ MM-SD mandatory)

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
