JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Data Platforms Project Manager, you will focus on learning and contributing to reporting for candidates and employees at an enterprise level within the team. Initially, you will work under the guidance of experienced team members, analyzing data from SuccessFactors, Kallidus, EverConnect, MAX Pulse, and the MAX Annual survey. Using tools like PowerBI, Power Query, and DAX, you will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual presentations. Over time, you will take on more responsibility, driving your projects and delivering insights to stakeholders.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

3+ years of experience in project management, data/business analytics or similar roles

Education

Bachelor /Master degree in computer science, data science or equivalent experience

Certifications and Licenses

 For relevant data analytics tools

Languages

Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English Other languages (nice to have)

Tools and Applications

Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency in using Tableau, Power BI (PBI Services, DAX), Google Analytics or similar toolsFamiliarity with Foundever’s internal platforms (e.g, different SAP modules like SuccessFactors, ByDesign or Business Objects, UKG (Kronos) would be a plusProject management software would be a plus
