Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management or any related courseRelevant experience in complete process of recruitment and other Human Resources-related tasksEffective HR administration and people management skills With good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-taskHighly computer literate with capability in email and MS Office applicationsWilling to start ASAPPreferably residing within Tarlac Province
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Responsible for all employee recruitment activities including: Undertaking the publication/posting of job openings;Conducting initial screening interview of applicants and determining their compliance with basic qualification standards;Administering pre-employment tests, securing and interpreting test results;Conducting background investigations on applicants for employment;Referring short-listed candidates to requisitioning department for the scheduling of further interviews and assessment processesEstablishing partnerships or networks with schools, universities or recruitment entities.Assists / guides newly hired employees in the completion of their pre-employment documentary requirementsAssists in the conduct of the basic orientation and induction training for new employees.HR Information Management – Maintains and update employees’ records Performance Management - responsible for monitoring and initiating employees performance appraisal Labor Relations - assists in the implementation of policies and procedures relating to employee; provide administrative support in investigations and hearing related to employee disciplinary action; Employee Engagement Program - Assists in the planning, monitoring and implementation of employee welfare activities and engagement programs for employeesTraining and Development - Assists in monitoring of training-related activities and programs.Manpower Planning and Organization - Prepares monthly reports on personnel head count and deployment.Performs other duties and responsibilities analogous, related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities or as assigned by an immediate superior, as necessary.
