JOB PURPOSE:
The Ecomm Analytics Manager is responsible for leveraging data & analytics to help decision making & drive growth for the Ecommerce Team.
They will help to streamline and handle the data infrastructure from multiple data sources. They will help to derive insights from various data sources that will drive overall Ecomm strategy and competitive advantage, generating insights that drive business decisions and actions. They will also be responsible for developing a robust and coordinated reports ecosystem, business tools and dashboards that will support analytics requirements for the Ecomm team.
This includes reports design, generation, integration and analysis via leveraging all available Colgate Business Intelligence System, SAP DMS systems and other Platform databases either proprietary, and/or subscribed to by Colgate.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Clean up & Set up Data Infrastructure for all Ecom Commercial & Media Data

-Including but not limiting to harnessing of information from direct sources (eg seller centers on Lazada and Shopee, Meta and Google accounts of media buys), storing them in a central database/lake, cleaning up tagging and product hierarchy mappings
-Develop visualisations of charts and reports to enable stakeholders to easily digest and understand correlation between key KPIs and quickly derive initial hypothesis for further analysis or actions
-Analyse and recommend commercial insights to enable the business improvement in either topline (GMV growth objectives) or bottomline cost savings opportunities.

-Analysis would mainly center around GMV Levers (GMV = Basket x CR x Traffic, Buyers (New, Old)), Media Performance (% spend to GMV, ROAS, % Guided GMV),as well as Category and SKU analysis (Sub Category Mix, Size, Variant, Bundle Mix

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in any course (Statistics background an advantage)
REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum 2-3 years related professional experience
-Experience in data analytics a plus
-Experience and knowledge in managing databases and basic coding skills an advantage
SKILLS:

-Good oral and written communication skills
