I. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans and manages marketing events;Prepares, plans, and manages the publication of all marketing collaterals to maximize brand promotion and public awareness; Develops and presents effective marketing campaigns along with budget proposals for the company’s brands;Leads the execution and implementation of these marketing campaigns; Networks with individuals or companies, both local and national, who might potentially do business with the company;Evaluates the effectiveness of all ads and marketing activities;Assesses and analyzes previous marketing activities to improve company’s sales performance on future events; Studies and stays up-to-date on marketing trends;Develops market analysis by assessing demographics, researching customer needs, and identifying competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.Develops sales strategies and approaches for company brands such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.; Reconnects with previous event clients and sends proposals for their upcoming events;Attends and facilitates performances and other events as required outside regular office hours;Creates and presents performance reports of events, ads, and campaigns necessary for documentation and company meetings;Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with property manager, colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other points of contact to implement strategies across multiple channels; Handles client inquiries and correspondence face to face or through phone, email, letters, etc.;Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service;

II. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ESKINA: 

Maintains the Facebook page of ESKINA;Assists and coordinates with Events and Marketing Officer in the management of 

     events and other initiated activities;

III. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE NORTFOLK RESORT:

III. A OPERATIONS:

Manages the operations of The Norfolk Resort;Provides the management of The Norfolk Resort with the needed reports including simplified financial or budgetary requirements;Recommends and performs administrative tasks that the operations require;

III. B EVENTS AND MARKETING: 

Maintains the Facebook page of The Norfolk Resort;Provides the management of the Norfolk Resort with the needed events and marketing reports;Boost the resorts revenue by creating packages and proposals to increase sales and market reach;

IV. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitates the salary processing for the caretakers;Receives the income from the various produce from the property;Facilitates the farm and other property supplies of the caretakers;Ensures the documentation of all implemented transactions; 

 5. Performs other tasks as the need arises

 

V. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

EDUCATION:  Graduate of Marketing or any business-related course.

EXPERIENCE: Preferably with at least 2-year Marketing Experience.

OTHER SKILLS: Advanced computer skills.

                             High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
