JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Conduct and run lube oil analysis tests according to appropriate standards (ASTM and ISO). Perform routine oil analysis testsMaintain routine documentation including sample sheet entries, sample results documentation, instrument calibration log sheet, and maintenance log sheetRecord data precisely and accuratelyDevelopment, modification, verification, and validation of methodsPerform daily or monthly instrument calibration and standardizationTimely monitoring and reporting of equipment due for maintenanceTimely monitoring and coordination to warehouse regarding stocks (monthly min/max stock)Monthly monitoring of oil disposal; properly tagged prior to disposalSubmission of sample test results within the prescribed turnaround timeMaintain complete documentation of test resultsFollow laboratory rulesDo laboratory-specific administrative task
