What you'll do:
As a Senior Design Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading design projects from inception through to completion, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions. You will present your concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into your final designs. Staying abreast of the latest design trends and technologies will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering an environment that encourages learning and growth.

  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs
  • Stay updated on latest design trends and technologies, applying them to your work when appropriate

  • Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and guidelines

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Design Consultant role brings a wealth of industry experience along with a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and innovation in design. Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is required. The ability to lead and mentor a team is crucial, as is fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. A strong understanding of current design trends and technologies is also necessary.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design
  • Proven experience as a Senior Design Consultant or similar role within the industry
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation in design
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Sales or Marketing experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of current design trends and technologies
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or English
