3.Effective consulting and mentor skills; ability to build relationships with senior leaders and partners to drive and deliver on complex organizational change. E.g., organizational design, succession framework etc.

4.Champion values, code of conduct, leadership expectations and DEI agenda.

5.Responsible for creating, leading, and improving HRBP processes and Chatbot management across PGS HR in partnership with other business HR senior partners.

6.Astute, thoughtful, and discreet HR advisor for the business head. Stays updated on regulatory and statutory labour laws. Newer emerging trends on topics like flexibility, return to office and industry developments etc.

7.Develop deep understanding of PGS HR and Enterprise HR systems, policies, and processes.

8.Advocates and builds awareness of employee value proposition.

9.Ability to build regular governance routines, practices to support business, manage customer escalations, and incident management.

10.Establish, understands, and track key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction. Prepares regular reports and presentations for senior leadership.

11.Partners smoothly and with ease within to build ONE HR. Drive alignment of best practices across businesses.

12.Skilled in managing global stakeholders across geographies and navigate the global matrix organization through collaboration and influence.
