Automation Engineer

**Automation Engineer**
role based in Santo Tomas, Batangas 4234. The Automation Engineer is responsible for designing and supporting automated systems and process controls that ensure efficient, reliable, and production-ready operations. The role focuses on engineering design execution, automation integration, and technical problem-solving, including the application of CAD-based designs, prototype support, and system troubleshooting. The Automation Engineer works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and fabrication teams to support production needs, integrate electrical and robotic systems, and drive continuous improvements in production workflows with minimal supervision.

**Deputy Supervisor Qualifications**

• Design projects using CAD SolidWorks and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure designs are feasible and manufacturable.

• Develop and build prototypes and conduct tests to evaluate functionality and performance.

• Coordinate with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, providing guidance on design specifications and hands-on assistance when required.

• Prepare cost estimates for final product designs and submit technical reports to supervisors.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience overseeing complex design projects in a professional engineering role.

• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate an engineering team of designers.

• Proficiency in advanced CAD software and engineering tools.

• Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Ability to prepare and present technical reports and design reviews.

**Senior Engineer Qualifications**

• Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks).

• Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Proven experience bringing products from concept through production.

• Experience working with released hardware, not limited to prototypes.

• Ability to design fixtures and jigs, simulate designs, and create efficient toolpaths.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in a professional engineering position.

• Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

• Ability to create detailed 3D models and simulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational requirements.
