BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Friday at 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Salary:
Php 50,000
- Php 70,000 Work Set Up: Work On-site

-Government-mandated benefits -13th-month pay -HMO -Vacation and Sick Leave -Performance Bonus -Annual Salary increase -Other benefits will be discussed by the company REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: -Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English. -Open to a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field. -Open to no relevant experience or fresh graduates. -Willing to undergo rotational assignments across various departments as required. -Willing to conduct field site visits and work in various operational environments as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB: -Track and evaluate designated KPIs, productivity indicators, and operational results. -Compile business performance updates, reports, and presentations for management review. -Contribute to projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, service standards, and overall performance. -Review project outcomes and track the impact of implemented process improvements. -Provide support for special initiatives through data gathering, presentation preparation, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking. -Handle additional responsibilities and operational tasks assigned by management, including field or site visits when necessary. -Gain comprehensive knowledge of business operations and how different departments work together.
