Cluster General Manager, International Hotel Group, Metro Manila, Philippines
An international hotel group, with three to five star hotel inventory, is looking for a Cluster General Manager to join its management team. The position will be overseeing the overall operations of the assigned hotels ensuring efficiency and profitability of the property.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course
- Three (3) years experience in the same position, preferably managed multiple brands and categories
- Managed at least four (4) properties simultaneously as a Cluster General Manager
- With pre-opening skill set, project management, and project development know-how
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong multi-level and cross-functional communication skills
- With proven stakeholder engagement including client and partner relations
- Open to all nationalities, preferably already in the Philippines and/or with a valid work permit in the Philippines
