Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries. Assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns. Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance. Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously. Update and maintain customer information in the system. Document customer interactions accurately. Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards. Meet assigned quality and performance expectations. Work effectively with team members and supervisors. Qualifications Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply. No previous call center experience required. Good English communication skills. Basic computer skills. Willing to work on shifting schedules. Willing to undergo training. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer-oriented and able to work well with a team.
