Location:
Alabang, Muntinlupa City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday at 9am to 6pm)

Salary:
Php 120,000 Basic Pay + Language Pay Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (40% work on-site)

- Other benefits will be discussed by the company REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor's Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, (Labor) Law, or any related courses.
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling sensitive HR investigations (e.g., harassment, working time fraud, violation of employment duties, property crime, discrimination, retaliation).
- Knowledgeable in conducting fact-finding interviews, building rapport with interviewees, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Having good experience in collaborating closely with Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Compliance teams to ensure investigations are conducted fairly, ethically, objectively, and thoroughly, in accordance with industry best practices.
- Experience working in a multinational and cross-cultural environment; knowledge or experience with Chinese Labor Law is a big advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Manage and conduct investigations involving workplace misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, fraud, and Code of Conduct violations.
- Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and involved parties to establish facts and gather evidence.
- Analyze case information, perform root-cause analysis, and develop investigation plans.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommended corrective actions.
- Partner with HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure fair, objective, and thorough investigations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure investigations comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable labor laws.
- Contribute to improving investigation processes and best practices within the global HR Investigations function. RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
