Location:
BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday at 9AM-6PM)

Salary:
Php 40,000-Php 50,000 Work Set-up: Work On-Site

- Other allowances will be discussed by the company. REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Having 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, marketplace operations, or a related role.
- Having experience in handling stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Manage and drive sales performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company’s official online store.
- Monitor daily e-commerce sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue, traffic, and conversion.
- Plan and execute major online campaigns, including Payday Sales and Mega Campaigns (3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12).
- Maintain and optimize product listings, product information, promotions, and product assortment across various e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with internal departments and e-commerce platform partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and daily operations.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth. RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
