BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Friday at 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Salary:
Php 50,000
- Php 70,000 Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English. Open to a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field. Open to no relevant experience or fresh graduates. Willing to undergo rotational assignments across various departments as required. Willing to conduct field site visits and work in various operational environments as needed. JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and evaluate designated KPIs, productivity indicators, and operational results. Compile business performance updates, reports, and presentations for management review. Contribute to projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, service standards, and overall performance. Review project outcomes and track the impact of implemented process improvements. Provide support for special initiatives through data gathering, presentation preparation, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking. Handle additional responsibilities and operational tasks assigned by management, including field or site visits when necessary. Gain comprehensive knowledge of business operations and how different departments work together.
