Job Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, workflow automation, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- Design automated workflows and business process solutions.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and applications.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform with enterprise systems.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Manage application lifecycle, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
- Apply security, governance, permissions, and data management standards.
- Provide technical support and user guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and system integration is an advantage.
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
