You will lead solution architecture initiatives while managing a team of architects and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. You'll ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solution designs that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects.
- Drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define solution strategies.
- Review and approve architecture designs to ensure scalability, quality, and alignment with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture teams.
- Support technology transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Ensure architecture governance and best practices are consistently followed.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in a People Manager or leadership role.
- Strong background in one or more of the following:
- Software Development
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience leading solution architecture initiatives.
- Background working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup with a minimum of 8 onsite days per month .
