The Role
You will support the delivery of early careers recruitment activity, helping the UK team to run programmes smoothly across different business areas and locations. Working closely with the wider team, you will assist with day-to-day tasks and help ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. The key areas of responsibility include:
Candidate Attraction
You will support the delivery of attraction activities by helping to organise virtual recruitment and engagement events. You will assist with engaging students and early careers candidates through virtual channels, as well as supporting the promotion of campaigns and content alongside the Employer Brand team.
Candidate Screening / Assessment Support
You will proactively manage the recruitment process, including application screening and reviewing video interview submissions in line with screening guidelines.
You will help coordinate assessment centres by supporting scheduling, logistics and communications with candidates and assessors. You will lead candidate welcome sessions and also facilitate various exercises within virtual assessment centres. For in-person events, you will provide remote operational support to the UK early careers team, including managing inboxes, monitoring attendance, updating systems such as TopScore, preparing assessment materials and supporting issue resolution during events.
After assessment centres, you will maintain accurate trackers, recording and communicating outcomes, including offers and feedback where appropriate.
There will be a strong focus on process management, data accuracy, candidate communications and operational support across multiple programmes simultaneously.
Canidate Experience / Engagement
You will deliver a positive candidate experience by assisting with communications and engagement activities throughout the recruitment process. This may include helping to set up webinars, insight events and onboarding activities for new joiners. You will also be responsible for ensuring candidate queries are responded to promptly and professionally, helping maintain a high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Stakeholder Support
You will support the team in working with stakeholders across the business by helping to share updates, maintain accurate data and prepare information for meetings. This role will provide exposure to different teams while building your understanding of early careers recruitment.
Team Collaboration
You will work closely with the early careers team in the both the Philippines and UK, supporting day-to-day activity and helping with task coordination. You will build strong working relationships internally and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Proven track record of full life cycle early careers recruiting in a fast-paced environment is beneficial, but not essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with candidates, stakeholders and colleagues. Comfortable working with data, maintaining accurate information across systems, and using recruitment systems, trackers and operational processes. Able to manage day-to-day priorities, remain organised and handle multiple activities in a busy environment. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and ATS experience is a must, exposure to HireVue and ORC are a plus Able to manage high-volume administrative activity while maintaining service levels and a positive candidate experience. Ability to work effectively across different time zones and support UK & Ireland recruitment activity; experience in a remote or offshore support environment is advantageous. Work Style We operate a hybrid working environment (i.e. a mixture of working in the office and at home) and empower the team to choose their anchor days.
