Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Management – Develop and execute strategic plans for the park’s long‑term growth and competitiveness; work regularly with Business Development to identify new opportunities for business development, attract new investments, and foster a collaborative ecosystem among locators; champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement leveraging advanced analytics and data.
- Sustainable and Smart Park Operations – Oversee the implementation of smart industrial park solutions, including real‑time monitoring of energy and water consumption, waste management, and security; ensure operations focus on sustainability, promoting energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and use of renewable energy such as solar; drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Infrastructure and Project Management – Work closely with Construction Management on the planning, design, and development of park infrastructure, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards; ensure effective operation and maintenance of all utilities, including water and wastewater systems, using smart technologies.
- Risk Management & Compliance – Develop and implement risk management strategies to address operational and natural risks, including emergency response planning; ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards; advise senior leaders on policy recommendations related to the park’s management and development.
Qualification Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- At least 10 years of executive‑level experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Extensive experience in operations, project management, and business development within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives and managing complex budgets.
- Proven exposure to construction and project management.
