Summary
- Provide L3 support and administration for IBM z/OS environments.
- Deliver L2 support for DB2, CICS, and MQ.
- Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, Telnet, and AT-TLS configurations.
- Support RACF administration and security-related activities (L2).
- Perform periodic maintenance, apply PTFs, and execute ISV product upgrades.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with application, middleware, network, and security teams.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in zOS Systems Programmer.
