Manager, DC Reverse Logistics

The Inventory Control Manager is responsible in ensuring Distribution Center's Operation is in compliance with company policies and procedures particularly on Inventory control processes from storage of products , to return to suppliers to meet customer requirements and ensure business sustainability.

ROLE

• Validating reconciliations and recommendations in coherence to security and loss prevention systems
• Analyzing movements of inventory/products and determine proper and timely disposition for reconciling items and optimizing stocks (i.e. reduce slow moving items)
• Monitoring operational reports based on acceptable guidelines of ROS and GMS
• Pursuing measures to have alignment of physical and system stocks on hand to avoid shrinkage
• Preparing and creating reports as may be required by DC management and in compliance with regional requirements
• Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
• Tracking KPIs regularly and proactively implement actions for continuous improvements
• Overseeing all analysis and recommendations by Inventory Control, Storage and Return to Vendor Supervisors to ensure that the Dept is within its Shrinkage provision
• Ensuring system SOH are aligned. Escalating to IT until resolved.
• Leading the accurate and timely cycle count and stocktake. Ensuring alignment of SOH.
• Defining additional ways to improve inventory reconciliation.
