• Voice Accounts (Primary Hiring)
• Non-Voice and Blended Accounts – Subject to Availability (Account assignment will depend on assessment results and business needs.) No Experience? That’s Okay If you’ve worked in jobs where you talk to customers, you already qualify. Examples:
• Service Crew (Jollibee, McDo, etc.)
• Sales Associate / Promodiser
• Cashier (SM, Robinsons, groceries)
• Receptionist / Front Desk
• Bank Teller
• Fresh SHS / College Grad with good communication skills If you assist customers, answer questions, or resolve concerns — you qualify.
