JOB BRIEF
- The Supervisor, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities. The role provides financial insights to support business decisions, ensures the accuracy of financial reports, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective financial planning and performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Prepares and updating budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure projections align with strategic goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, providing a clear picture of our financial health.
- Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
- Review internal and external management reporting packages.
- Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related major or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferably a CPA.
- With at least 2–4 years' experience in accounting and management reporting.
- Preferably with gaming or hospitality industry experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills and collaboration.
- Proactive and can work independently.
- Experience with ERP system, preferably Workday.
- Experience in Gaming industry is a plus.
- Knowledge in intercompany transactions is a plus
