Overview
We are looking for a talented Python Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and secure back-end applications. They will collaborate closely with front-end developers and other stakeholders to build high-performance web applications.
Work Setup
Onsite to Hybrid Setup. Location: Don Antonio, Quezon City.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement data storage solutions and ensure efficient database performance.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks and development trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services .
- Knowledge of database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with multithreading and asynchronous programming .
- Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
