-Team gathering benefits per month (Php 1,000 per member) -Birthday bash at the office -HMO -Insurance Allowance -13th Month Pay -10 Sick leave and 10 Vacation leave -Government Mandated Benefits REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: -Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. -Having 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Product Design, or other related fields. -Proven experience in creating and documenting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications. -Hands-on experience with product analytics and performance-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms. -Familiarity with AI-driven products, creator economy ecosystems, fan engagement solutions, and related digital platforms. -Experience working with social media platforms, creator-focused applications, subscription-based services, digital content products, and online communities. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION: -Create intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms based on business and user requirements. -Work closely with product managers, developers, operations teams, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to translate requirements into product designs. -Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize product concepts and features. -Gather user insights, analyze behavior data, and recommend design improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. -Establish and manage design systems, UI guidelines, and product design documentation to ensure consistency across platforms. -Participate in product planning, testing, and implementation, ensuring designs are accurately executed and aligned with business goals.
