KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide advanced network and security support and technical consulting. Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including BGP routing. Act as a Level 3 escalation point and participate in service restoration/on-call rotation. Lead and support infrastructure projects, solution design, and technical requirements. Mentor infrastructure engineers and conduct technical hand-offs and training. Monitor emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and vulnerabilities. Manage priorities, timelines, documentation, and client communications. Work directly with clients and stakeholders to develop effective technical solutions. QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of networking experience, with at least 2+ years in network architecture and solution design. Strong expertise in Advanced Routing, BGP, Cisco Nexus, and network infrastructure. Experience with Cisco NISO is preferred. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms. CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent certifications are preferred. Cloud Architecture certification is an advantage. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven client management and technical consulting experience. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
