Salary:
₱22,000–₱26,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate, preferably in Electrical Engineering
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required
- Understanding of the electrical industry and its products
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new accounts through referrals, telemarketing, cold calls, and other leads
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering additional products and services
- Plan and conduct regular client visits
- Gather customer requirements and prepare sales proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with the Design Development, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams regarding product specifications, costing, production schedules, and documentation
- Negotiate proposals with clients in coordination with the Sales Head
- Participate in site visits for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Coordinate the preparation of Sales Order Forms and supporting documents
- Prepare yearly sales forecasts and budgets
- Monitor project progress and sales performance
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Represent the company at client events and special projects when needed
- Assist in collecting overdue accounts
- Support the development of sales objectives, plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
