Salary:
Php 70, 000

✨Extensive employee training and career development opportunities. ✨Annual bonuses and performance rewards. ✨Government Mandated ✨HMO ✨13th Month ✨Sick Leave ✨Vacation Leave ✨Competitive salary REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: ✨ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates who are proficient in both Mandarin and English. ✨ Open to candidates with an undergraduate degree or a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ✨ Fresh graduates with strong learning capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective cross-functional communication skills are welcome to apply. ✨ Candidates with experience in IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Support, System Integration, or related roles are encouraged to apply. ✨ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess, understand, and enhance business processes. ✨ Excellent interpersonal and cross-departmental communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. ✨ Familiarity with Azure, business intelligence (BI) tools, workflow documentation, or system implementation is an advantage. ✨ Willingness to travel occasionally to provide support for store operations. RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: ✨ Provide technical and operational support for the maintenance of store systems, including POS, marketing, and online payment platforms. ✨ Collect and evaluate business requirements, identify opportunities for process optimization, and work closely with the development team to implement effective IT solutions. ✨ Contribute to all phases of the project life cycle, including project initiation, requirements analysis, system configuration, deployment, on-site assistance, user training, and post-implementation support. ✨ Identify and resolve system-related and operational issues during implementation, ensuring proper functional testing and providing the necessary business support. ✨ Collaborate and maintain effective communication with various departments to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives. ✨ Provide support for store operations through occasional business travel as required.
