Job Summary Barista duties
- include preparing and serving well

- is responsible for ensuring a positive and satisfying dining experience for guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and assisting with other front -of-house operations. The role requires professionalism, efficiency and a friendly attitude at all times.
- Job Responsibilities Greet Customer in a friendly and professional way; Answer questions about menu items and ingredients Resolve customer complaints or concerns Preparing drinks, brew and pour coffee, tea and specially drinks Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences; Cleaning equipment and countertops Maintain a clean and organized workspace and meet all food safety and hygiene standards Track stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed Training new baristas, packing to-go orders and warming up food for guests
- Dining Staff Take and process orders accurately; Prepare food and beverages according to company standards Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines Prepare the outlet for service, such as setting tables Help serves and other staff deliver dishes to customer Keep workstations, dining areas and equipment clean and organized Dispose of waste properly and ensure cleanliness of the establishment Other task assigned from time to time Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Hotel & Restaurant Management Graduate/or any related course
- Has prior experience as a Coffee Barista or related training
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, blends, brewing methods; hot & cold beverages
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Team player and able to work under pressure
- Highly organized and able to multi
