Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers through voice calls, chat platforms, or email support depending on account assignment. Responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound customer inquiries
• Providing accurate information and solutions
• Resolving customer concerns professionally
• Documenting interactions properly
