Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified technical professionals through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition intake and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding endorsement.
  • Conduct initial and behavioral interviews while evaluating candidates based on their technical skills, relevant experience, and organizational fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, technical qualifications, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future technical hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and hiring discussions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver a positive candidate’s experience by maintaining timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and effectively communicate career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates, building a sustainable technical talent network.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of technical disciplines such as software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and technical support.
  • Track recruitment activities and key hiring metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform other recruitment-related and ad hoc tasks as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Technical Support Representatives, Network Engineers, IT Specialists, and other technology positions.
  • Strong understanding of various technical domains, such as software development, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience using various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, social media, referrals, and other talent sourcing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experienced in preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, when business requirements arise.
  • Willing to work onsite at either McKinley Hill, Taguig or Antipolo.
