Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital solutions strategy and roadmap. Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives. Manage solution development, implementation, integration, and enhancement. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology. Manage digital solutions teams, projects, budgets, and vendors. Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and priorities. Ensure solutions meet security, architecture, governance, and compliance requirements. Monitor solution performance and user adoption. Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines. Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in digital solutions, application management, or technology delivery. Experience leading digital transformation or automation projects. Strong stakeholder and project management skills. Knowledge of cloud, integration, low-code/no-code, and enterprise applications.
