Position Summary: The Laundry Manager oversees the operations of
the laundry department, ensuring the efficient and effective
processing of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. This role
involves managing staff, implementing standard operating
procedures, and maintaining standards of cleanliness and quality
control. The Laundry Manager plays a key role in ensuring guest
satisfaction and supporting overall success of the hotel's

Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow. Supervise and train staff, including scheduling and feedback Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections Manage inventory levels and minimize waste Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and coordinate repairs Maintain compliance with regulations and implement safety protocols. Coordinates with other departments and address guest inquiries. Monitor expenses, adhere to budget, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document procedures. Conduct training session and identify opportunities for skill enhancements. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments. Address operational issues proactively and implement effective solutions. Provide leadership, foster a positive work environment, and ensure guest satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement efficiency initiatives. Foster open communication channels and ensure clear communication of objectives. Adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively to emergencies.
Qualifications:
At least college level At least with minimum 2 years experience in the same role Experience in a 5-star hotel/resort is an advantage
