Profile Requirements:
- Previous demonstrated sales experience;
- Results driven with a passion for sales;
- Solid product knowledge;
- Excellent phone manner;
- A great communicator with a high level written and verbal skills;
- Comfortable in an autonomous environment;
- High level of customer service skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Ability to think outside the square to deliver timely solutions;
- Ability to deal with conflict in an appropriate manner.
- Desirable:
- Ability to achieve successful conflict resolution through negotiation and mediation.
Core responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving budget – weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually;
- Follow up leads; chase holds and convert as many as possible to firm orders;
- Work flexibly to capture as many customers as possible (ie contacting customers after hours).
- Confirmation of order acceptance;
- Collection of deposits and final payments where appropriate;
- Maintain awareness of new technology and remain updated on new products;
- Provide accurate and time effective measurement process/delivery to clients;
- Apply measurement standards but look for effective strategies in order to adapt process to client needs;
- Ensure appropriate databases are kept updated with clear and concise notes;
- Communicate all outcomes effectively with daily reporting and feedback as required;
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing team to close sales/gain additional information required.
