BGC, Taguig City Work Setup: Full Onsite Employment Type: Project-Based We are seeking a Requirements Analyst to join our team and play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and clarifying business and system requirements while supporting testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and clarify business and system requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and testable requirements Prepare, review, and execute test cases based on requirements and specifications Support testing activities across the software development lifecycle Apply appropriate test case design techniques and testing methodologies Perform functional, regression, integration, and other relevant testing activities Validate applications, interfaces, and system integrations against business requirements Identify, document, track, and support defect resolution Work closely with developers, business users, and project teams to ensure requirements and testing expectations are met Utilize testing and defect management tools to support project delivery Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Requirements Analysis and Software Testing Strong understanding of requirements analysis, software testing concepts, and SDLC Experience creating and executing test cases and applying test design techniques Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and unit testing Experience working with applications involving interfaces and system integrations Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience working with user stories and business requirements documentation Familiarity with software testing tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
