¢ Competitive salary and performance incentives offered The Role: We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to support our Travel Account team. Your main role will be to assist customers with their travel needs — including bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries — using popular GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. You’ll communicate with customers via email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Manage travel bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary updates â€
¢ Use GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) efficiently and accurately â€
¢ Respond to customer inquiries via non-voice channels (chat, email, ticketing) â€
¢ Ensure documentation and booking details are updated correctly â€
¢ Deliver high-quality service that meets both customer and company standards
Qualifications:

¢ At least 1 year of hands-on experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) â€
¢ High School graduate (K-12), college level, or college graduate â€
¢ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) â€
¢ High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills â€
¢ Must be willing to work onsite on a fixed weekday schedule
