A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE Play a critical role in ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and ready for release by validating key financial and entity data. This role acts as the final quality and risk checkpoint before funding execution, supporting both speed and precision across operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ensure timely contract release within a strict 30-minute SLA, escalating issues when clarification is required
- Validate identity, banking, and entity information, ensuring all details match official documents and internal records
- Conduct entity verification through OpenCorporates and Secretary of State (SOS), confirming active status and accurate registration details
- Perform cross-checks on entities, owners, and existing MCA contracts to identify risks, discrepancies, or additional affiliations
- Review and calculate balances when required, ensuring accuracy before contract release and aligning with broker instructions
- Build and finalize contracts in PandaDoc, ensuring all details (DBAs, addresses, EMA, and signatories) are accurate and complete A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work under strict 30-minute SLA requirements
- Experience reviewing bank statements and legal entity documentation
- Strong research and investigative skills
- Comfortable escalating issues when documentation discrepancies arise
