Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex fintech/cloud applications (e.g., secure payment platforms, cloud-based dashboards) using languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Lead the implementation of medium to large features, ensuring efficient performance and scalability.
- Write clean, optimized, and reusable code adhering to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Managers, and stakeholders to analyze and define technical requirements.
- Design robust application architectures, user interfaces, and database structures, integrating with existing systems.
- Perform comprehensive unit testing and document system architecture for maintainability and scalability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- 2–4 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in fintech or cloud environments.
- Experience leading small development projects or mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), APIs (e.g., REST, GraphQL), and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Docker).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
