Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards and recipes
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion sizes
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Follow health, safety, and food sanitation standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation Qualifications
- With TESDA NC II in Cookery is an advantage
- With at least 2 years experience
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
- With experience in hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen operations is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in basic food preparation and cooking techniques
- Good hygiene and sanitation practices
- Hardworking, reliable, and a team player
