TAJARA Hospitality is seeking a meticulous and forward-thinking Project Development Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to bridge the gap between visionary design and technical execution. This isn't just about managing schedules; it’s about being the technical heartbeat of our developments. We need a professional who can navigate the complexities of construction, manage elite design teams, and ensure that every square inch of our portfolio meets the highest standards of excellence. Core Responsibilities Design Management: Act as the primary liaison between external architects, interior designers, and contractors, ensuring that the creative vision aligns perfectly with technical feasibility. Project Plan: Develop comprehensive project timetables and drive progress through active participation in budget planning and high-stakes project meetings. Operational Excellence: Multi-task across a diverse portfolio of projects, maintaining rigorous organizational standards to keep timelines on track and quality uncompromised. Due Diligence & Compliance: Support the firm’s growth by assisting in technical and legal due diligence, ensuring all projects are built on a foundation of sound data and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Relations: Manage client expectations with confidence, preparing and delivering sophisticated technical reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights. What You Bring to the Table Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. With experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Costing on hospitality and premium residential projects. Industry Tenure: At least 2 years experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Costing on hospitality and premium residential projects. Command of the Process: You don't just follow a timeline; you build it. You have a proven track record of coordinating multiple vendors and contractors simultaneously without breaking a sweat. Analytical Rigor: A sharp eye for detail, whether you’re reviewing a technical site assessment or a budget forecast. Communication Mastery: The ability to represent TAJARA professionally in front of clients and stakeholders, turning technical updates into compelling project narratives.
