Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Advanced Excel .
- With knowledge or training in Inventory Management.
- With knowledge or training in SAP or similar ERP systems .
- With good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle financial, inventory, and administrative records accurately.
- With the ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and safeguards the petty cash fund to prevent damage, theft, or loss.
- Monitors and maintains accountability records for new and existing company assets.
- Conducts periodic physical counting and verification of company assets.
- Monitors and maintains records of employee cash advances and related accountabilities.
- Conducts daily checking and monitoring of third-party Material Handler attendance and performance, including quantity of bags handled.
- Prepares daily summaries of third-party manpower and performance and secures the required signatures from the third-party representative, Warehouse Supervisor, and Client Representative.
- Consolidates the daily reports into a monthly summary and secures the required signatures for submission to Head Office Finance.
- Participates in monthly inventory counts and ensures compliance with proper inventory counting procedures.
- Monitors and assists in the reconciliation and resolution of inventory variances.
- Ensures that inventory records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
- Assists Head Office Finance in coordinating and communicating billing invoices to clients at the plant.
- Assists in following up on outstanding client billings and collections.
