About the Role
* The HR Service Desk System Administrator provides technical administration, configuration, and development support for the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This role translates HR business requirements, policy updates, and operational needs into effective and maintainable ServiceNow configurations. The successful candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure system stability, efficient operations, and timely resolution of technical issues. The role also ensures compliance with platform governance, technical standards, change controls, and security requirements while supporting seamless integration within the broader ServiceNow environment. *
Key Responsibilities
* ServiceNow Administration & Development
- Build and maintain service catalog items, record producers, and workflows.
- Utilize advanced scripting techniques, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts, while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
- Configure HRSD-specific components such as:
- Lifecycle Events
- HR Criteria
- User Criteria
- Translate HR business requirements into stable and scalable technical configurations. Security & Access Management
- Manage Access Control Lists (ACLs), data policies, and platform security settings.
- Ensure proper data privacy, role-based access, and user visibility within the HRSD portal.
- Maintain compliance with platform governance and security standards. Change Management & System Enhancement
- Review change requests and assess technical feasibility.
- Prioritize out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality to maintain platform scalability, upgradeability, and long-term supportability.
- Refine service catalogs and document management structures.
- Resolve technical defects and improve system performance. Reporting & Documentation
- Develop and maintain HRSD reports and dashboards.
- Maintain a clean and scalable codebase.
- Document all custom developments and technical configurations in accordance with platform guidelines.
- Provide regular updates on development progress, system performance, and issue resolution. Integration & Deployment Support
- Support integration with the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement platform changes while preserving core architecture.
- Manage migrations across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Execute testing and validation activities to ensure successful deployments. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
- Participate in project discussions, requirement reviews, and solution design activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the engagement. QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. *Work Experience*
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is preferred.
- Candidates with equivalent experience in ServiceNow modules such as:will also be considered.
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM) Technical Skills and Knowledge ServiceNow Platform
- Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Service Catalog maintenance
- Record Producers
- Knowledge Management
- Employee Journey
- User Administration
- Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Employee Document Management is an advantage. Development & Scripting

- Strong understanding of:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workstreams across cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in identifying technical risks and escalating issues appropriately.
- Experience working within:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban preferred)
- Waterfall project environments Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to present technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. *Certifications* Required

- Certified Implementation Specialist

- Other relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous. Work Arrangement
- The consultant will report to the HQ and follow the work arrangement prescribed by the team, including onsite and offsite reporting requirements as directed by management.
- Any changes to reporting arrangements communicated during the engagement shall apply to the consultant.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time). Pay: Php400.00
- Php850.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work
