Job Summary Purpose: We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to collect, analyze, and organize data to help make wise business decisions. In this position, you will coordinate data implementation projects in collaboration with other data professionals and in communication with the management team. Job

Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SQL queries (including CTEs and subqueries).
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports.
- Help develop analytical tools and programs
- Design and manage end-to-end data models for business needs.
- Collaborate and communicate with data professionals and upper management to oversee projects
- Analyze trends, data, notes, root cause analysis on reports generated from the system.
- Perform deep data analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Determine opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation of reports or processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, information management, finance, or a related field
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Power BI hands-on experience and other dashboarding platforms
- Experience with information management
- Analytical and research skills
- Experience with big data tools and relevant computer software
