- Review shop drawings, including General Arrangements (GAs), assemblies, and individual parts against architectural and structural documents.
- Verify compliance with project specifications and relevant Australian Standards.
- Ensure all RFIs, revised drawings, and updated site information are accurately reflected. *Coordination & RFI Management
*
- Coordinate with the Drafting Project Manager to resolve queries and clear shop drawing comments.
- Review builder RFI responses for clarity and follow up on outstanding questions.
- Attend scheduled project, team, or site meetings as requested. *Administrative Support

- Prepare clear, professional reports for meetings when required.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including telephone/reception support and resolving rejected client invoices. What Were Looking For
- Proven experience reviewing structural shop drawings and managing documentation.
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and structural detailing principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
