Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for Maritime Simulation Instructors & Technical Specialists. The role involves delivering simulation-based training sessions, facilitating exercises that replicate bridge, engine room, and other critical shipboard operations, and guiding participants through scenarios focused on safety, navigation, and emergency response. Team members will prepare training materials, configure simulation scenarios, monitor learner performance, and provide constructive feedback and assessments. Technical responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting simulation equipment and software, coordinating with IT and facilities for system updates, and ensuring all training tools operate reliably. The role also includes contributing to curriculum enhancement, documenting training outcomes, and collaborating with colleagues and industry partners to keep courses aligned with current maritime regulations and practices. Bridge / Navigation Simulator Instructor Required Qualifications / Experience \
* Instructor experience at a maritime training establishment \
* IMO Model Course 6.09 qualification or equivalent \
* Relevant bridge/navigation simulator product qualification or certificate \
* Experience in a navigational or deck officer role \
* Experience operating maritime simulation equipment Preferred \
* IMO Model Course 6.10 qualification \
* Previous experience with full-mission bridge simulation \
* Dynamic Positioning or Anchor Handling experience for applicable programs \
* Qualified DP Operator experience for DP-related training ⸻ 2. Engine Room / Liquid Cargo Simulator Instructor Required Qualifications / Experience \
* Teaching experience at a maritime training establishment \
* Relevant Engine Room Simulator or Liquid Cargo Handling Simulator qualification \
* IMO Model Course 6.09 qualification or equivalent \
* Experience in a related marine engineering role \
