Project-Based Engagement | 6–7 Weeks Only
We are looking for an experienced Webflow Developer / Designer to support the redesign and implementation of an existing website.
This is a short-term, project-based engagement for approximately 6–7 weeks. The role is focused on turning approved designs, marketing direction, and content requirements into a polished, responsive, and launch-ready Webflow website.

I.
What You'll Do
- Redesign and rebuild pages within existing Webflow website based on approved designs and marketing direction.
- Implement responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Build clean, reusable Webflow sections and components.
- Update or restructure Webflow CMS collections and templates, particularly for Insights/Blog and case studies.
- Integrate approved videos, graphics, forms, CTAs, and existing website integrations.
- Implement SEO requirements provided by our SEO Specialist, including page titles, headings, metadata, alt text, internal links, canonicals, and redirects.
- Preserve existing URLs where possible and implement approved redirects for changed URLs.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing and resolve issues before launch.
- Support the website launch and address any critical post-launch issues during the initial stabilization period.
- Proactively flag technical issues, missing requirements, or potential delays that may affect project timelines. II. What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in Webflow development and website redesign, with a portfolio of live projects.
- Experience working with and improving existing Webflow websites, not only building new sites from scratch.
- Proficiency in:
- Webflow CMS
- Responsive web development
- Reusable components/sections
- Forms and integrations
- Basic custom CSS/HTML/JavaScript
- Working knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, including URL structure and redirects.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design implementation.
- Able to work from approved mockups/design direction and translate them accurately into Webflow.
- Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear communication and reliable delivery against agreed milestones.
- B2B, agency, SaaS, or professional-services website experience is a plus. III. What Success Looks Like By the end of the engagement, the organization's website should be:
- Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Cleanly structured and maintainable in Webflow.
- Fully functional, including forms, CTAs, CMS content, and integrations.
- Properly implemented against approved SEO requirements.
- Free of critical launch issues.
- Properly tested across major browsers and devices.
- Successfully launched with critical post-launch issues addressed promptly. IV. Important: Short-Term Project Engagement This is a project-based role for approximately 6–7 weeks only. The engagement is specifically for website redesign and implementation project. Candidates should be comfortable working within a defined project scope and timeline and delivering agreed milestones within the engagement period. If you have strong Webflow experience and enjoy taking an approved design from concept to a polished, production-ready website, we'd love to hear from you. Please include your Webflow portfolio and 2–3 examples of relevant websites you've personally developed or redesigned.
